Kousky IP3 Founder, President and CEO President/CEO, Ken Kousky, is a veteran of the IT software and services industries. Few individuals are able to blend such a broad range of experience and expertise as an executive (he was CEO of a public company for six years), as an educator (he's taught at the University of Pennsylvania and Washington University in both the School of Engineering, the School of Arts & Sciences and the Business School as a teaching fellow, adjunct professor, and as Director of the Center For Communications and Network Management) and as a technologist (he's been a software industry executive and holds a CISSP certification (Certified Information Systems Security Professional). His years of experience as both an educator and an entrepreneur (recipient of Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year award) are reflected in his business and professional accomplishments. Ken is a visionary in the computing technology, education and marketing industry with three successful start-ups, two major mergers and an IPO under his belt.  He received his Master's degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1978. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Urban Studies from Washington University. Michael Brown Director of Business Development Michael plays a key role in establishing and maintaining strategic business relationships. Michael comes to IP3 as a result of concluding a successful career in the (CLEC)-Competitive Local Exchange Carrier industry and preceding years in the regulated telecommunications environment. He offers to IP3 over 30 years of combined telecommunications and data experience. His experience, expertise and exposure to telecom infrastructure, systems, designs and implementations provide the value added resourcefulness needed by analysts to decipher and adequately evaluate security concerns within our industry. Paul M. Masson Systems Administrator Paul heads the technical department for IP3. Paul holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and is a Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA). He maintains the operational readiness of the internal and external network, maintains the client services database systems, hosts the online multimedia IT Security training platform, and maintains IP3's Internet presence. He also provides clients with consulting services. His ten years of business experience and systems administration, makes available to IP3 a vast experience and knowledge base that sets it apart from competitors. Judy Morrison Conference & Events Manager Judy is IP3’s Conference & Events Manager and oversees IP3’s seminar series “Strategy to Reality”. Judy plays a key role in establishing alliances with universities across the nation, and provides executive support to the President/CEO. Prior to joining IP3, Judy was a Marketing Coordinator for the Convention & Visitors Bureau and worked for over 20 years as a legal transcriptionist for a court reporting service. Rich Trogan Controller/Operations Manager Rich holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology, as well as Bachelor Degrees in Accounting and Computer Science. Rich spent six years teaching Computer Science, at the high school level, in the Michigan public school system. His educational experience has blended the application of business and technology in the extensive foundation of education. Rich is knowledgeable in Operation Management, Auditing, and Business Continuity, as well as Risk Management and Controls. His years in the public school system have helped him hone his skills in curriculum development as well as develop knowledge of the educational process.
